Electrical Superintendent & Project Manager 

12+ Month Contract | Turkey, TX | Competitive Pay & Benefits 

We are seeking experienced Construction Superintendents and Project Managers to support a major data center construction project in Turkey, Texas. These are long-term, on-site contract opportunities expected to last 12+ months. 

The ideal candidates will have strong experience managing low-voltage electrical construction on industrial projects, with a proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce quality and safety standards, and deliver complex installations successfully.

Superintendent Responsibilities 

• Supervise daily field activities for low-voltage electrical and controls installations. 

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, site personnel, and project stakeholders. 

• Manage installation activities involving conduit, cable tray, wire, fiber, controls, communications, and related low-voltage systems. 

• Ensure work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract requirements. 

• Monitor manpower, productivity, material availability, and field progress. 

• Conduct and participate in daily coordination meetings, toolbox talks, and planning sessions. 

• Review installation quality and coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and punch-list completion. 

• Identify field conflicts, schedule risks, and potential changes before they affect project delivery. 

• Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and installation documentation. 

• Enforce site safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture. 

• Coordinate with the Project Manager and client representatives to maintain schedule and resolve issues quickly. 

Project Manager Responsibilities 

• Manage the overall delivery of assigned low-voltage electrical and controls scopes. 

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans. 

• Coordinate with the client, general contractor, design team, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. 

• Manage project scope, contract requirements, submittals, RFIs, procurement, change orders, and closeout activities. 

• Track project costs, labor performance, material commitments, progress, and forecasted financial results. 

• Collaborate with the Superintendent to establish installation plans, quality-control strategies, and milestone targets. 

• Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, constraints, and recovery plans to stakeholders. 

• Review subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements. 

• Identify additional scope opportunities, document changes, and obtain appropriate authorization before proceeding. 

• Lead project meetings and maintain clear, timely communication across all project teams. 

• Support testing, commissioning, turnover, documentation, and final project closeout. 

• Anticipate project risks and mobilize resources to address schedule, cost, quality, and technical challenges. 

Required Qualifications 

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, project management, or industrial electrical construction. 

• Demonstrated experience with low-voltage electrical construction on industrial projects. 

• Experience managing or supervising subcontractors and field installation teams. 

• Knowledge of construction sequencing, installation methods, commissioning, quality control, and project closeout. 

• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, project schedules, and contract documents. 

• Experience coordinating multiple trades and stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment. 

• Strong understanding of project scope, schedule, cost, safety, and compliance requirements. 

• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work on-site in Turkey, Texas, for the duration of the project. 

• Ability to work the schedule required by the project, including extended hours or weekends when necessary. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Previous experience on data center, mission-critical, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or process projects. 

• Experience with low-voltage systems, including: 

• Conduit and cable installation 

• Cable tray and raceway systems 

• Fiber-optic and structured cabling 

• Industrial controls 

• Building management systems 

• Communications and monitoring systems 

• Instrumentation and control wiring 

• Experience with control systems, HMI, plant data historians, MES/MOM, or industrial automation. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 

• Experience using MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar project-management and construction software. 

• OSHA, safety, quality-control, or other relevant construction certifications.
