Registered Nurse – Hospice Admissions
Denton County, TX | Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM
$85K–$95K + $0.65/mile + $60/month cell reimbursement
Seeking an experienced Hospice Admissions RN to assess patients for hospice eligibility, complete admissions, develop care plans, educate families, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Active Texas RN license
- 1+ year Hospice or Senior Care experience
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & auto insurance
- Strong communication and independent working skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and territory travel
