Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers and internal sales partners for a Contract position based in Bowling Green, Ohio. In this role, you will respond to service requests, assist with order processing, and help resolve issues with professionalism and urgency. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys a fast-paced customer service environment and can communicate clearly while managing multiple priorities.

• High school diploma or GED required; additional college coursework is preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Experience handling inbound calls, customer inquiries, and order entry in a service-driven setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust across teams and with customers.

• Basic math skills and solid general computer proficiency.

• Ability to work collaboratively, stay organized, and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Comfort working at a computer for extended periods of time.
