Job Description
We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator - Level 1 to support day-to-day pantry and front-of-house operations at our location. This is a contract position focused on creating a clean, organized, and welcoming break space for employees and visitors while delivering attentive onsite service. The person in this role will help maintain inventory, support food and beverage presentation, and contribute to a smooth workplace experience throughout the assignment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the appearance and orderliness of pantry, market, and storage areas to keep shared spaces clean, functional, and ready for daily use.
• Refill food, snack, and beverage selections throughout the day and rotate stock so products remain fresh and within approved dates.
• Track supply levels, place replenishment requests, and receive incoming pantry deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain self-service stations to ensure items are attractively presented and consistently available.
• Clean pantry equipment and work surfaces regularly to support safe operation and a well-maintained environment.
• Follow food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety practices at all times within pantry service areas.
• Greet employees and guests in a courteous, attentive manner and respond promptly to service-related needs.
• Provide hands-on assistance for office events, meetings, and catered functions as needed.
• Carry out additional onsite support tasks assigned by management to help maintain seamless daily operations.• Previous food and beverage, pantry, hospitality, or similar service experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a detail-oriented and approachable presence.
• Basic computer proficiency for routine workplace tasks and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent carrying, pushing, and pulling of supplies.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods during the workday.
• Familiarity with food safety, sanitation standards, and safe use of cleaning products and equipment.
