We are looking for an experienced and dependable Receptionist to support daily front-office operations in Tampa, Florida. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys maintaining an organized workplace, welcoming visitors with care, and assisting with light administrative work in a quieter office setting. You will serve as a key point of contact for guests, deliveries, and general office coordination while partnering closely with the Human Resources team.


Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors, interview candidates, and other guests with a detail-oriented and courteous approach while ensuring a positive arrival experience.

• Manage the front desk area and oversee the main office entrance, maintaining an orderly and well-presented reception environment.

• Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate contacts, while responding to general inquiries in a timely manner.

• Coordinate incoming mail, package deliveries, and courier shipments, including regular weekly and daily distribution activities.

• Provide administrative support using Microsoft Office, including basic spreadsheet tracking and routine office documentation.

• Assist the People & Culture team with general office tasks and additional administrative projects during slower periods.

• Help prepare for occasional higher-traffic periods when employees or visitors from other company locations are onsite.

• Support day-to-day workplace operations by monitoring front-office needs and helping maintain smooth office flow.


This is a permanent, part-time role of 32 hours per week. This role will still be eligible for full benefits.

• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, office support, or similar administrative role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees, leadership, and visitors.
• Detail-oriented presentation and communication skills suited to a corporate office environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and basic spreadsheet use.
• Ability to work independently in a low-volume setting while remaining attentive, organized, and proactive.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling visitors, calls, and routine office matters.
• High level of reliability and strong workplace conduct, with the flexibility to assist with a variety of administrative tasks.
