The position works closely with HR leadership to help deliver a positive candidate and employee experience in a fast-moving manufacturing and distribution environment.
Responsibilities:
• Build familiarity with plant and distribution center roles so job expectations can be accurately communicated to applicants.

• Maintain communication with applicants, provide timely updates, and explain next steps from interview through offer stage.
• Present job offers and guide selected candidates through pre-employment steps and onboarding requirements.
• Complete new employee processing in HR systems, including electronic employment verification and onboarding documentation.
• Lead orientation activities and help new employees prepare for a successful first day.
• Keep employee files organized and up to date while supporting HR records administration with accuracy and discretion.
• Assist with employee engagement efforts, department projects, and general administrative tasks as business needs evolve.
• At least 2 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, staffing, or a closely related function.• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms, including HRIS analysis, implementation support, or administration; experience with UltiPro HRIS is valuable.
• Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Comfortable supporting hiring activity in manufacturing and distribution settings and spending time in both environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar scheduling tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee and candidate information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Dependable, adaptable, and self-directed with a willingness to provide support wherever needed across HR operations.
