Junior Recruiter, Manufacturing

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts across both hourly manufacturing and salaried/corporate roles. This position will be a key partner to HR, plant leadership, and business managers, driving full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. A strong background in hourly manufacturing recruitment is required, combined with the ability to manage diverse requisitions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing high-volume recruiting needs with specialized searches, while ensuring an excellent candidate and manager experience.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

·       3+ years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting (manufacturing or industrial environment required).

·       Strong knowledge of workforce dynamics including high-volume hiring, retention challenges, and shift-based staffing.
