Location: North Highlands, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:15 PM
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE
Position Type: Full-Time | Long-Term

Express Employment Professionals is looking for an experienced Warehouse / Parts Associate to join an established HVAC supply and distribution company in North Highlands.

This is a customer-facing warehouse role for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable using a computer, and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll be responsible for pulling customer orders, locating HVAC parts, receiving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting customers and drivers throughout the day.

This is not a traditional pick-and-pack warehouse position. The right candidate will be comfortable learning products, working with customers, and taking ownership of order accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Locate HVAC parts, equipment, and materials throughout the warehouse
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and order details
• Use a computer system to look up products and process orders
• Assist customers with locating parts and finding the correct products
• Receive, unload, inspect, and stage incoming materials
• Prepare outgoing orders for delivery or pickup
• Maintain organized and accurate warehouse inventory
• Identify and resolve order or inventory discrepancies
• Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, vendors, and coworkers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of warehouse, parts, distribution, or related experience
• Customer-facing experience in a warehouse, supply, retail, or distribution environment
• Experience pulling/picking orders with a strong focus on accuracy
• Comfortable using computers and learning inventory/order-entry systems
• Strong attention to detail when working with part numbers, quantities, and orders
• Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Backgrounds:
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, auto parts, industrial supply, building materials, equipment rental, contractor supply, or wholesale distribution.
