HOW WE PAY YOU

We'd rather tell you exactly what your check looks like than make you ask in an interview.

• Real hourly pay. Not commission, not piece-rate, not per house. If a job runs long, you're paid for the time.
• Paid door to door. The clock starts at your first job and runs until you finish your last, including drive time between homes.
• Guaranteed at least 25 hours every week. Most weeks run 28 to 32.
• Paid weekly by direct deposit.
• Time and a half over 40 hours in a week.
• Weekly fuel stipend for the driving you do between jobs.
• All equipment, supplies, products, and uniforms provided. You never spend your own money to do this job.

• Training, first 30 days: $18/hour
• Cleaner: $20/hour after your 30-day review
• Senior Cleaner: $22/hour at 6 months with consistent quality
• Lead Cleaner: $24/hour running teams and training new hires

Most of our team reaches $20 within their first 30 days. Experienced cleaners can start above the training rate.

Full-time Senior and Lead Cleaners take home $750 to $850+ per week, including bonuses, with our strongest performers earning more.

WHAT THE DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

We want you to picture this clearly before you apply.

You'll drive from home to your first job and clean 2 to 4 homes in a day, usually finishing by mid-afternoon. You'll be on your feet the whole time — bending, kneeling, reaching, carrying equipment in and out. You'll work alone most days, sometimes with a partner on larger homes.

You'll follow a detailed checklist in every home and photograph your work in our app. You'll clock in and out on your phone. Our Field Operations Manager inspects work regularly and gives direct feedback, and most cleaners are certified to work on their own within about two weeks.

Some homes are easy. Some have pets, clutter, or haven't been cleaned in a long time. You'll be in people's private spaces, so discretion and professionalism matter every single visit.

It's real physical work. It's also steady, predictable, respected, and paid fairly.

WHAT WE EXPECT

We can teach anyone to clean. These are the things we can't teach, so we hire for them:

• You show up. Every scheduled day, on time, ready to work.
• If something comes up, you tell us early. A call the night before is professionalism.
• You log all your time, every day, in our app. Nothing off the clock, ever.
• You follow the checklist and you take feedback well.
• You treat every home like it belongs to someone you care about.

REQUIREMENTS

• You must live within 25 minutes of Cherry Hill or Moorestown, NJ. This is a hard requirement — we build routes around where our cleaners live. (Towns that work well: Cherry Hill, Moorestown, Mount Laurel, Maple Shade, Haddonfield, Marlton, Delran, Willingboro, Pennsauken, Merchantville, Collingswood, Voorhees.)
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
• A smartphone
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the day

No cleaning experience required. No supplies to buy. No insurance to carry.
