Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatric Home Health
\nLocation: Buda, Kyle, South Austin, Del Valle, Bastrop Dripping Springs, Wimberly, Driftwood and San Marcos
\nPay: $81,000 – $101,000 per year
\nSchedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about empowering children to achieve independence through play, creativity, and everyday routines — all while enjoying flexibility and a supportive team culture.
\nWhat You’ll Do:
\n- Evaluate and treat children with sensory, fine motor, and daily living skill needs.
\n- Design and implement individualized, play-based treatment plans.
\n- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and our multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure progress and carryover.
\n- Educate families on strategies and home activities to promote development.
\n- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our easy-to-use EMR system.
\nWhat You’ll Need:
\n- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapyprogram.Texas
\n- OT license(or eligibility).NBCOT certification(or eligibility).
