Job Description
Ohio or West Virginia | 1099 Independent Contractor
\nEmmCam Consulting, LLC is seeking established, independently licensed behavioral health therapists who want to transition their practice to a supportive, flexible, and financially rewarding environment.
\nThis opportunity is specifically designed for clinicians who already have an active patient panel and are looking for a change from their current organization, or who operate a private practice and would benefit from billing, administrative, operational, and prescriber support.
\nEmmCam provides integrated addiction and mental health treatment, including individual therapy, group therapy, and medication management. Our goal is to allow experienced clinicians to focus more of their time on patient care while we help manage the administrative responsibilities associated with running a practice.
\n· An established clinician with an active and transitionable patient panel
\n· Independently licensed and able to practice without clinical supervision or sign-off
\n· Legally and contractually permitted to transition their practice and patient panel
\n· No non-compete, non-solicitation agreement, or other restriction that would prevent the proposed transition
\n· Active, unrestricted professional license in Ohio, West Virginia, or both
\n· Experience treating mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or both
\n· Comfortable providing individual therapy, group therapy, or both
\n· Committed to timely documentation, ethical practice, and high professional standards

\n· Psychologist
\n· 1099 independent contractor arrangement
\n· Compensation based on actual patient reimbursement and collections
\n· Above-market earning potential
\n· Opportunity for higher annual gross income with significantly fewer administrative responsibilities
\n· Flexible scheduling and greater control over clinical hours
\n· Potential for reduced working hours depending on the clinician's panel, services, scheduling, and reimbursement
\n· No traditional hourly or salary-based compensation
\n· Billing, reimbursement, credentialing, and payer support
\n· Scheduling and administrative assistance
\n· Professional malpractice insurance coverage
\n· Integrated collaboration with nurse practitioners and behavioral health clinicians
\n· Support for both mental health and addiction treatment
\n· Ongoing payment of required professional licensure fees in states where the clinician practices for EmmCam
\n· Marketing support for continued patient-panel growth
\n· Telehealth and hybrid practice opportunities
\nThis is not an entry-level or panel-building position. Applicants must currently maintain an active patient panel that can legally and ethically transition with them. Any transition must preserve each patient's right to choose their healthcare provider and comply with applicable laws, contracts, professional rules, and continuity-of-care requirements.
\nIf you are an established therapist who wants greater flexibility, stronger earning potential, and the support of an integrated addiction and mental health practice, we welcome a confidential conversation.
\nApply through LinkedIn or Indeed, or submit the following information to support@emmcamconsulting.org:
\n· Current CV
\n· Type and state of professional licensure
\n· General description of your current patient panel
\n· Primary areas of clinical practice
\n· Confirmation that you are independently licensed and do not require supervision or sign-off
\n· Confirmation that no contractual restriction would prevent you from pursuing this opportunity
