Babysitter Needed

My daughter is almost 3 months old. Her days consist of napping, eating, and early developmental play. We work from home most days but need extra help during certain hours. We do have a high spirited dog who is still adjusting to the change. We have daycare set up in the new year but would be hoping to delay that if we found the right caretaker.
