Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great babysitter for our 19-month-old daughter in Watertown. Our priority is someone who is on the floor playing with our girl, engaging and not using television as a tool to babysit. We do have cameras inside our home to monitor her safety. We would prefer someone who would clean up after her but truly, her happiness and contentment is all that matters. This would be an occasional date night (we would put her to sleep before heading out), and helping mom at home for a few hours while I am running errands or going to work out.
