Experience Line Cook - Now Hiring

Union 28 is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Midlothian, TX. If you're comfortable working weekends and evenings and can confidently handle fry, grill, and saute stations, we'd love to hear from you.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Available to work: weekends
• Available to work: late at night
• Available to work: holidays

Preferred qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Food Service license/certification: Food Handler's License
• Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Food Handler Certification
• Restaurant back of house skills: grill station
• Restaurant back of house skills: fry station
• Restaurant back of house skills: safe food handling
• Restaurant back of house skills: general food prep
• Able to work in an environment with high temperatures
• Able to work in an environment with low temperatures
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
