Golden Rose Senior Living is seeking an energetic, servant-hearted Administrator to lead our small home like community. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization where leadership, resident care, team development, and occupancy growth matter.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations and regulatory compliance
• Build and develop a high-performing team
• Support resident satisfaction and quality care
• Drive occupancy and community engagement
• Take call after hours as needed
• Work Monday- Friday unless needed for emergencies 
• Provide training, coaching and leadership 

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Assisted living, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred - must have 5 years of verifiable management in healthcare setting or a degree.
• Passion for serving seniors and growing leaders
