We are hiring an experienced TIG Stainless Steel Welder for a first-shift, temp-to-hire opportunity in Irving, TX. This position requires hands-on experience TIG welding stainless steel and producing clean, accurate, high-quality welds in a manufacturing/fabrication environment.
Key Responsibilities
- TIG weld stainless-steel components and assemblies.
- Set up TIG welding equipment and prepare materials for fabrication.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and weld specifications.
- Perform fit-up, grinding, finishing, and fabrication as needed.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
- Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required Experience
- Previous hands-on TIG welding experience with stainless steel.
- Experience in a manufacturing, welding, or fabrication environment.
- Experience reading blueprints or fabrication drawings.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Stainless-steel fitting and fabrication experience.
- Experience producing cosmetic or high-quality finished welds.
- Experience completing weld tests or working to defined weld-quality standards.
