Financial Restructuring Associate

Top AmLaw 100 law firm seeks an associate to join their Financial Restructuring Practice in any of their Atlanta, New York, Chicago, Charlotte, or Houston offices.

The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and must be a self-starter with great client management skills, superior academic credentials, and previous large law firm experience. Candidates will also have experience representing debtors, creditors, and investors in a broad range of restructuring matters, including chapter 11 cases, cross-border insolvency matters, out-of-court restructurings, and bankruptcy-related acquisitions and disputes.
