About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals to provide direct care to our residents, including:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of care and services provided
• Participating in staff meetings and in-service education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and facility policies

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in caring for others
