Job Summary:

Haven of Bridgeport is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by creating meaningful connections and bringing energy, empathy, and purpose to each day. Our experienced and specialized clinical and therapy teams deliver tailored care to each resident's unique needs, interests, and abilities.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

• Ensure resident safety by following infection control policies and procedures

• Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning

• Support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and overall well-being

• Encourage and empower residents to function at their highest possible level

• Pay Rate: $18 - $24.5 HOURLY

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (per state requirements)

• Ability to work every other weekend

• Strong technical nursing assistant skills

• Compassionate, positive attitude toward residents and families

• Reliable, energetic, and professional work ethic

Shifts available: 2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 6am
