Alliance Homecare is looking for dependable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our private-duty care team in Montvale, NJ.

We provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients, and we’re looking for HHAs who take pride in their work and genuinely enjoy helping others.

Schedule:

• 4:00PM-9:00PM

• 3:00PM-8:00PM

What we offer:

• $30/hour starting pay + Weekly pay

• Paid orientation

• Health insurance, 401(k), Sick Pay & Holiday pay

What you'll do:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting

• Assist with transfers, ambulation & mobility

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Take and record vital signs as directed

• Report changes in condition to the RN

• Provide care according to the client's plan of care

What we're looking for:

• Active New Jersey State HHA Certificate

• 6+ months of HHA experience

• Must have Hoyer Lift experience

• Fluent in English
