Occupational Therapist – Direct Hire
Location: San Leandro, CA
Pay: $46.02–$69.95 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a direct-hire opportunity with an established healthcare organization serving older adults.

The Occupational Therapist will work alongside an interdisciplinary care team to help patients maintain their independence and safely perform daily activities. Responsibilities include completing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, evaluating home environments and educating patients, caregivers and staff.

Qualifications:

• Active California Occupational Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid California driver’s license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel between care sites and patient residences
• Experience working with frail or elderly patients is preferred

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule and holidays off.
