Automotive Finance Manager Experience Required.
One of the region’s top automotive groups is looking to hire an Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team in the Shreveport area. This high-volume dealership has a strong mix of both new and pre-owned vehicle sales, along with an experienced Desk and Sales Team that understands how to set F&I up for success. There is a strong emphasis on back-end profitability, giving the right Finance Manager an excellent opportunity to maximize both performance and earning potential.
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to arrange financing, present protection products and extended service contracts, and structure deals that create value for both the customer and the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Structure and present finance and insurance options to customers in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Secure financing through a network of lenders and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner
- Maximize profitability through product offerings while maintaining transparency and trust
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay current on industry trends, compliance updates, and dealership policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive Finance Manager / F&I experience is required
- Strong understanding of lending practices, credit applications, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in dealership software (e.g., DealerTrack, Reynolds & Reynolds)
- High ethical standards and customer-focused mindset
