Requirements

• Current Texas Physical Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Previous Physical Therapy experience preferred, but not required
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Must be cooperative and a strong team player
• Experience with a variety of PT diagnoses preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and initiate appropriate PT interventions
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and patient progress
• Monitor short- and long-term goals
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Oversee care provided by PT Assistants and Therapy Techs
• Maintain professional PT practice standards
