Responsibilities include supervising and engaging with the kids, playing/reading and age-appropriate activities, preparing simple snacks or meals as needed, helping with diapering/potty needs, and light cleanup related to the children (toys, dishes, play area). We’re looking for someone who is patient, attentive, dependable, and comfortable caring for young children. Most importantly, we want someone who will actively interact and play with them rather than relying on screens.
