Nanny Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for someone very dependable to help me run my household, including caring for and keeping my 15-year-old son on task with homework and chores in the afternoon. Some light housekeeping and simple meal prep. Occasional errands. We'd like someone who is looking for a longer term role. I also have several home organization projects that could provide more hours in the week, if interested in the additional work. We are looking for someone who will feel like part of our family :)
