Babysitter Needed for my Children

Looking for a loving and responsible caregiver to assist my 4yr old twins and 10yr old son with their bedtime routine 2x/week while I nap before my night shift. I would also like this person to be available on Saturday day 6a-6p to help them wake up, do activities and maybe join us for family "fieldtrips" on Saturdays when I am not scheduled to work. The boys have 4 older siblings who are all teenagers, his carer will help us give the older kids a break from."babysitting." They are all really good kids and even the youngest are very independent but they want to do everything the older kids do, eventhough it is not always possible. The carer will help give them an alternative.
