Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Searching for a great house cleaner/manager. Bathroom Cleaning Vacuuming and/or mopping Kitchen Cleaning Dusting General Room Cleaning Changing bed linens Oven Cleaning Refrigerator Cleaning Cabinet Cleaning Window Washing Organization (beyond standard tidying). Basically I need someone to manage the house so I can work on other things. Create a schedule of needed additional project (organization/windows/stocking groceries and household items) to help me manage the house. It's just my dog and me these days, but my job is taking more and more of my time. Even better if you can house sit and watch the dog when I go out of town.
