Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $22–$26 per hour
Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in the wood products industry. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, processing orders, and ensuring accurate data entry using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities - Answer and manage incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Accurately enter and process orders using QuickBooks
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Previous customer service experience required
- Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or building materials industries
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented mindset
