General Laborer

VIP Staffing is currently hiring Installer Helpers for a company in San Marcos, TX. These are ASAP-start position!

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: San Marcos, TX

What you'll be doing:
• Working alongside experienced technicians in the field
• Assisting with propane tank installations
• Helping operate a Bobcat to set and position equipment
• Hand digging and other physical labor
• Assisting with interior piping, including work in attics
• Working outdoors in both hot and cold weather

This is a physically demanding position. Candidates must be comfortable working outside, getting dirty, digging, lifting, and working in Texas weather.

Requirements:
• Previous installation, general labor, plumbing, or similar hands-on experience
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work
• Able to work outdoors in hot and cold conditions
• Dependable and ready to work!
