Agent Support Representative
Thomasville, GA l $15.00 - $20.00 / Hour
An insurance company is seeking a dependable and service-driven Agent Support Representative to assist our licensed agents with daily operational, policy, and system-related needs. This role plays a key part in supporting agent productivity while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and professional communication.
Responsibilities
- Support agents via phone, email, and internal messaging
- Assist with policy inquiries, applications, commissions, and account questions
- Troubleshoot basic system and portal issues; escalate when necessary
- Communicate company procedures, updates, and guidelines clearly
- Accurately document interactions and resolutions in internal systems
- Coordinate with underwriting, licensing, accounting, and IT teams
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory and company standards
- Meet quality, accuracy, and performance expectations in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service or call-center experience preferred
- Insurance or agent support experience a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
Location: Thomasville, GA
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $20.00 / Hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
