Pick & Pack / General Labor
Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking dependable and motivated Pick & Pack / General Labor Associates to join our team in Roanoke, TX.
We are looking for reliable individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution center environment. This position involves picking and packing products, preparing shipments, moving materials, and supporting general warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance and productivity.
Pay Rate:
1st Shift: $17.00/HR
2nd Shift: $18.00/HR
2nd Shift: $18.00/HR
Shift/Hours:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Must pass required background check, drug screening, and any applicable assessments
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders
- Use RF scanners to locate and track inventory
- Prepare products for shipment
- Load and unload materials and products
- Receive and put away incoming inventory
- Move products and materials throughout the distribution center
- Assist with inventory movement and organization
- Verify product quantities and maintain accuracy
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed
- Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity and shipping goals
