Location: Fairbanks, AK
Pay: $160/day (equivalent to $20/hour for full shift)
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Position: Part-time to Full-time | 2–7 days per week (flexible scheduling)

TDL Staffing is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join a fast-paced and unique retail environment in Fairbanks. This role offers a mix of sales, customer interaction, and hands-on work with a wide variety of items—perfect for someone who enjoys a job where no two days are the same.

In this position, you’ll help customers with purchases and loans, evaluate items, and keep inventory organized. You don’t need prior pawn experience—just a willingness to learn, strong people skills, and the ability to stay organized in a busy setting.

You enjoy working with people, learning new things, and staying active throughout the day. You’re comfortable using a computer, can adapt to different situations, and bring a positive, reliable attitude to work.

Experience with tools, jewelry, electronics, or similar items is helpful—but not required.
