NOW HIRING: Warehouse Prep Associates – $16/HR | START 9/22!
$16.00/HR
We’re hiring dependable Warehouse Prep Associates for a furniture preparation and warehouse project! No previous experience is required — classroom training and certification are provided!
Schedule 8:00AM to 4:30PM
First Week: Tuesday–Saturday
After First Week: Monday–Friday
Saturdays: As needed
After First Week: Monday–Friday
Saturdays: As needed
Training:
You will train in Richardson but then will move to MESQUITE – MUST BE ABLE TO MOVE TO MESQUITE
You will receive classroom certification and hands-on training before performing the preparation work independently.
Duties:
- Select and prepare assigned orders
- Handle boxes weighing 10–50 lbs.
- Unpack furniture covers and match them to the correct inserts
- Apply covers to inserts following training
- Repack products and required materials into shipping boxes
- Palletize and shrink-wrap finished orders
- Load and unload trucks
- Assist with general warehouse and moving activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to lift and handle boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Able to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Warehouse, production, packing, or shipping experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be available for the required Saturday schedule during the first week
- Pass a criminal background check
- Have reliable transportation
