Maintenance Helper

· Competitive Pay of $25.00-$30/hr DOE per hour plus additional compensation
· Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm
· Location: Hearne, Texas

Job Description:
Join our team as a Maintenance Helper and support the maintenance foreman in keeping our equipment and facility grounds operating smoothly.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the maintenance and repair of all types of mechanical equipment
• Diagnose equipment issues and replace parts such as bolts, valves, and fittings
• Maintain proper inventory levels of tools and parts for routine maintenance
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment
• Perform other plant duties as assigned by the Maintenance Foreman

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist frequently throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours daily on concrete surfaces
• Previous electrical experience is a plus, but not required
