EVS Technician

As an EVS Technician, you help keep spaces clean, safe, and ready for visitors and staff. This role exists to support infection prevention and a consistently sanitary facility.

Key responsibilities include:
- Clean corridors, restrooms, and shared areas using approved tools and chemical products
- Operate equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums for floor care and sanitation
- Follow OSHA safety rules, including correct chemical handling, storage, and emergency steps
- Use safe lifting and moving techniques for supplies, equipment, and waste
- Remove and dispose of waste according to strict sanitation guidelines
- Respond professionally to staff requests for cleaning support or supply needs

Required qualifications/skills:
- Janitorial/custodial experience 
- Working knowledge of OSHA practices, chemical safety, and infection control basics
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely
- Clear communication and strong customer service mindset

You’ll clock in onsite in Tulsa, OK and get your work area assignments for the shift—often overnights, mornings, and weekends. The pace stays active: you move between areas as priorities change, pause to restock what’s needed, and check in with staff when something needs attention sooner. Throughout the night or morning, you stay organized, work carefully around visitors and employees, and finish by confirming spaces are ready for the next wave of traffic.
