Territory: Orlando, FL Area

Company: Pioneering dermatology manufacturer, providing first-of-it's-kind customizable prescription medication and skincare solutions to leading dermatology practices across the United States.

Description:

• Leverage existing relationships in dermatology, med spa's, and aesthetic industry to achieve monthly prescription sales performance objectives through customer service presentations and deep medication knowledge
• Provide territory coverage through consistent targeting and follow up with identified prescribers.
• Build and adhere to sales plan to maximize personal performance.
• Maintain consistent communication with colleagues and leadership to improve the territory and meet corporate goals.
• Achieve high standards of professionalism and performance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years outside Dermatology/Aesthetic sales experience
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Documents sales performance and KPI achievements.
• Demonstrated selling skills, organization, focus, and determination.
• Proven sales accomplishments, and ability to bring a book of relationships to the table for personal use in territory.
• Hungry and a hunter mentality, to be personally motivated to achieve goals.
  

Compensation: $85-100K Base Salary Depending on Experience. $250K @Plan Uncapped $300K for Top Performers, Equity Options, Car Allow, Benefits etc. 401k 4% Match
