2nd Shift Extrusion Production Associate

- $24.21/hour
- 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. Train on 1st Shift

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor extrusion equipment to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality
- Follow all verbal and written instructions provided by Supervisors and Lead Personnel
- Perform extrusion, packaging, and batching processes according to established procedures and production standards
- Complete shipping stock physical transactions accurately
- Maintain proper material and inventory documentation
- Follow all Bag House dust-handling procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production environment
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, product quality, and housekeeping
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, extrusion, production, or material-handling experience
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to work safely in a plastics manufacturing environment
- Ability to accurately complete production, shipping, and inventory documentation
- Must be able to train on 1st Shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
Attire & PPE:
- Steel-toed boots required
- Long pants and shirts required
- Uniforms and PPE will be provided
