Full Steam Staffing is hiring Packers in Vineland, NJ! Packers will be responsible for preparing, inspecting, packing, labeling, and organizing products for shipment while maintaining accuracy and a clean, safe work area.

• Pack and prepare products according to company standards
• Inspect products for quality, damage, or defects
• Verify product quantities and labels for accuracy
• Assemble boxes, cartons, and other packaging materials
• Seal, label, and organize completed packages
• Move and stage packed products as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
• Work efficiently to meet production and packing goals
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

• Previous warehouse, packing, production, or material-handling experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move products as required
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Must be able to work the assigned shift
