Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Market General Manager to oversee overall market operations, profitability, and growth. This position will lead multiple teams, manage business relationships, develop market strategies, and ensure company goals and performance standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily market operations, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Develop strategies to grow revenue, retain customers, and expand the market.
Lead and support Business Development, Real Estate, and Operations teams.
Manage customer, landlord, community, and business relationships.
Oversee leases, real estate activities, and new location opportunities.
Monitor performance goals, KPIs, budgets, and operational standards.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees.
Ensure safety, quality, compliance, and company policies are followed.
Work with corporate departments to support market operations.
Travel throughout the assigned market and other company locations as needed.

Requirements:

Previous management and leadership experience required.
Strong business, financial, and operational management skills.
Experience managing budgets, revenue, and expenses.
Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
Ability to lead teams and hold employees accountable.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
