Product Specialist

You’ll have the opportunity to learn the business while working directly with customers, vendors, and the sales team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, and learning about plumbing and hardware products.

• Research and identify plumbing and hardware parts brought in by customers or submitted through photos
• Identify, pull, and sell products over the counter
• Assist the sales team with product research and identification
• Update and maintain pricing information
• Use internal computer systems, the internet, and vendor websites to identify products and parts
• Contact and coordinate with vendors
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with general administrative tasks

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
