Non CDL Delivery Driver – Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver with ELM Logistics, your day-to-day will include:

• Report to the warehouse at 9086 Centerport Blvd each shift for morning loadout and package sorting
• Load and unload your delivery vehicle with packages at the warehouse before heading out on route
• Follow a GPS-navigated delivery route efficiently and safely
• Complete all deliveries in a professional, courteous manner — representing ELM Logistics with every stop
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle throughout your shift
• Start and end your day at our warehouse location, returning undelivered packages and completing end-of-day check-in
• Report any route issues, vehicle concerns, or delivery exceptions to management promptly

Qualifications

• Delivery Driver Requirements – Non CDL

  We are looking for drivers/couriers who are reliable, physically capable, and ready to work. Requirements for this Non CDL Delivery Driver role include:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Candidates with backgrounds in physically active or outdoor roles are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.; comfortable with frequent bending, twisting, and stepping on and off a delivery vehicle throughout a 10-hour shift
• Comfortable driving and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a delivery team
• No CDL required — this is a driver non CDL position open to all qualified applicants
