Farm Market Store Associate

Location: Grant, MI
 Shift: 1st Shift
 Pay: $18.00 per hour

Are you a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual looking for a rewarding opportunity? We're seeking a Farm Market Store Associate to join our team in Grant, MI. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming shopping experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining an organized store environment, and supporting the daily operations of a busy local farm market.

As a Farm Market Store Associate, your core responsibilities will include:

 Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, assist with product selection, and ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience.

 Store Operations: Open and/or close the store, operate the cash register, process customer transactions accurately, and complete daily operational tasks.

 Merchandising & Stocking: Stock and replenish products, build attractive product displays, organize merchandise, and maintain the appearance of the sales floor.

In addition, you will also be expected to assist with receiving shipments, moving products throughout the store, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous retail, customer service, or market experience is a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion, including products such as potatoes, onions, and bird seed

 Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to provide friendly and helpful service to customers.

 Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain organized displays, accurately process transactions, and keep products properly stocked.

 Teamwork & Reliability: Dependable work ethic and the ability to work effectively with others to support daily store operations.
