Dock Worker
$15 per hour
1st Shift Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Johnstown, OH
Temp to Hire
What You’ll Do:
- Loading and unloading trailers by hand using gravity rollers
- Stacking freight onto or unloading pallets of freight by hand
- Standing, walking and lifting continuously
- Solid attention to detail, ability to follow directions and apply problem solving skills
- Ability to identify product and match numbers
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in a distribution center environment helpful
- Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments
- Must be a team player and able to work well with others
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis for 100% of working hours
- Ability to frequently lift cartons above (up to 8 feet overhead) or below shoulder level
- Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel, and stoop on a repetitive basis
