Customer Service Advocate (Bilingual Spanish/English) - Part-Time (Onsite)

Prov Inc | Sandy, UT 84070 | $16-$19/hour 

We have 2 part time positions available:

Monday - Friday 7AM - 1:00 PM (Bilingual Spanish preferred)

Monday - Friday 1:30 PM - 7:30 PM (Bilingual Spanish required)

This is a fully in-person role focused on delivering 5-star customer service through inbound calls and accurate documentation.

What You'll Do

• Take inbound calls and deliver 5-star service
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions and concerns
• Provide clear solutions and support test scheduling
• Document all interactions in a call center database/CRM
• Collaborate with team members and troubleshoot minor tech issues

What You Need

• Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or call center experience (preferred)
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Comfortable with computers, webcams, and minor troubleshooting
• Typing speed 30+ WPM
• Reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable, eager to learn
