Bottling and Packing Associate - 1st Shift

Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill Bottling and Packing Associate positions for a Manufacturing company in Morrison, TN. This is a Temp-to-Hire job. Apply now!

• Build and assemble cardboard cartons and boxes for product packaging.

• Prepare boxes and packaging materials for the production line.

• Place bottled products into cartons according to company procedures.

• Inspect bottles and packaging for damage, defects, or improper placement.

• Seal, label, and organize completed boxes for shipment or storage.

• Safely stack finished boxes on pallets or designated storage areas.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and warehouse area.

• Follow all company safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.

• Operate basic warehouse and packaging equipment as trained.

• Communicate production or quality concerns to the supervisor.

• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials as needed.

• Meet established production and packaging standards.

• Perform other warehouse and packaging duties as assigned.

1st Shift:

$15.50/hour

2nd Shift:

$16.50/hour

1st Shift

Monday - Thursday

6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Some overtime required.

2nd Shift

Monday - Thursday

4:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, bottling, or packaging experience helpful but not required.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to follow all safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, lift, and move boxes and packaging materials.

• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.

• Ability to work effectively in a warehouse and production environment.
