Senior Caregiver

I'm looking for a kind, patient, dependable individual to spend time with my son while I'm working from home. He has down syndrome, autism and is nonverbal. He is very intuitive and understands much more than he can verbally express. I'm looking for companionship for him, someone who can provide encouragement to get him out of the home to go for walks, outings etc.... light meal preparation, assistance in the bathroom as needed, general supervision and support while encouraging as much independence as possible. If you have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities that would be great, but more importantly, I'm looking for someone with the right personality and fit!
