Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Norfolk. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. However, none of these are deal breakers. The only deal breaker is the ability to start early, often as early as 6:30 a.m. We need this every Friday recurring and 2 other weekdays every six weeks when my wife takes call. Living in Ghent or ability to travel to Ghent is a huge plus since we currently only have one car.
