Nanny Needed - Now Hiring

We have coverage for my daughter during the work week, but looking for someone nearby to build a positive relationship with that we can contact as a back-up caregiver when my mom (who has her 3 days/wk) has appointments, is out of town, etc., and isn't able to care for her. Beyond that, occasional date nights, etc. We are about to get a puppy and my mom/stepdad live on the adjoining property and have two dogs, so would need someone comfortable with dogs. The dates/times I listed are arbitrary - there's no current specific date I need support for!
