Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

I'm looking for someone to be at my house when my son is dropped off by the bus just after 3. I will be home at 4, but may take longer on days where I have meetings after work, or just want to stop at a store without 3 kids in toe! We've got pets, they're super chill. It would be helpful if you could make sure my son has a snack and tries to either practice some sight words or read one of his leveled books, but it's not a requirement. My older son will be home, probably running around outside playing.
