Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's financial operations. This role involves overseeing budgeting, audit coordination, compliance, and cash flow to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The manager utilizes specialized accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero to drive process improvements and support both internal and external audits. This position requires strong financial analysis skills and close attention to payroll and tax preparation while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. No travel is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting processes and financial planning
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Reconcile accounts and oversee cash flow management
• Prepare tax submissions accurately and timely
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision making
• Oversee payroll administration within the team

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting roles
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and analytical thinking abilities
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and other accounting software
